Premises Manager 

We are looking for a committed, caring and well-motivated person to join our successful and friendly school as a Premises Manager. Are you someone who could support us with taking care of our school.

The post involves:

• Providing a high quality caretaking service

• Opening the building and maintaining premises security

• Gardening and grounds maintenance

• Ensuring all relevant health and safety legislations are met.

The successful candidate will:

• Be enthusiastic, caring and well-motivated

• Demonstrate versatility, tact, commitment and the ability to use initiative

• Be committed to working to help improve the premises for our children

• Be able to work as part of a team

• Be flexible to the needs of the school and the children

• Be able to maintain strict confidentiality

• Possess a variety of DIY and caretaking skills

• Make a positive contribution to our school community and work as part of a team

You will be provided with excellent support from the Business Manager, Admin Team and Senior Leadership Team.

Days per week: 5 days

Hours per week: 20 hours (all year)

Hours of work:  7:30am – 11.30am

Start date: ASAP (subject to completion of pre-employment checks)

Grade:  Grade 5, Point 7-8 depending on experience

Salary: At Grade 5 pt 7 £24,294
